Now, we aim to move away from a structure relying on single performance ads and build an unshakeable, sustainable revenue engine by refining our acquisition channels based on Meta and influencers, and by selecting long-term operational SKUs. In this important journey, the Taiwan marketer joining us will take on a pivotal role in driving brand growth through influencer marketing, going beyond simple channel management. Upon joining, you will be responsible for the following: - Discovering Taiwanese influencers and establishing product seeding campaign strategies - Planning and producing content that reflects local Taiwanese trends - Operating and managing your own online store and Shopee channels to drive sales conversion - Analyzing content and promotion efficiency data and refining strategies

Qualifications

We are looking to work with someone who meets the following criteria: - Has at least one year of experience in influencer marketing or possesses equivalent insights. - Has a deep interest in and high level of understanding of the Taiwanese beauty and commerce markets. - Is highly knowledgeable about local Taiwanese social media platforms and content trends. - Is a native speaker of Taiwanese Mandarin (Traditional Chinese) or fluent in the language. - For international applicants, is capable of fluent professional communication in Korean (TOPIK Level 5 or higher).

Experience in the following areas is highly welcome: - Understanding of the organic connection and synergy creation between in-house online stores, performance marketing, and influencer marketing - Experience in deriving sales insights through data analysis and applying them in practice - High understanding of e-commerce platform-specific event and deal structures - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop (PSD), and Illustrator (AI)
