Job Description
■ Position Introduction This is an internship position within the LG CNS HR organization that supports global HR operations. In particular, it offers the opportunity to gain experience in communication with overseas subsidiaries, including Japan, and in HR-related tasks. You can start a global HR career while gaining practical experience across all aspects of HR (recruitment, policies, organizational culture, etc.). ■ Key Responsibilities - Support HR operations for overseas subsidiaries (including Japan) - Support recruitment operations (job posting management, applicant communication, etc.) - Organize HR data and support reporting - Research materials related to HR policies and organizational operations - Support communication between headquarters HR and overseas subsidiary HR (translation/coordination, etc.) - Support the operation of programs related to improving Employee Experience
Qualifications
■ We Are Looking for Someone Who Meets These Qualifications - Current students or graduates with a bachelor's degree or higher (any major) - Basic understanding and strong interest in HR - Communication skills to interact smoothly with various stakeholders - Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) - Ability to communicate in both Korean and Japanese (Native level) (Required) ■ Qualifications - Native-level Japanese speakers - Ability to work in Korea and full-time during the internship period - Ability to communicate in basic Korean (TOPIK Level 4 or higher, or equivalent level)
Preferred
■ Experience is a plus - HR-related internship or project experience - Experience working for a Japanese company or in a Japan-related field - Understanding of specific HR areas such as evaluation, compensation, and recruitment - Experience in data analysis or research - Proficiency in additional foreign languages, such as English
