Job Description
[What You'll Gain] 1. End-to-end ownership of global influencer campaigns You’ll take part in the entire campaign process, from strategy planning and influencer selection to execution coordination and performance analysis. Rather than simply supporting operations, you’ll learn how campaigns flow through real projects and grow into an AE who works with increasing ownership. 2. Opportunities to collaborate with globally influential creators You’ll work with influential creators in global markets and experience how content you helped plan turns into real consumer response. This experience will become part of your portfolio as someone who has directly contributed to global impact. 3. Experience building global influencer networks as long-term assets You’ll discover influential creators across different countries and platforms, and design networks that align with each brand’s goals. This will become an important career asset as you grow into a global influencer marketing specialist. [What You'll Do] - Design and lead influencer campaign directions that align with global markets and brand goals. - Discover influencers that fit each campaign objective, and manage key execution steps from communication to content publishing. - Communicate clearly with clients on campaign direction, timelines, and content-related matters to build trust-based partnerships. - Collaborate with various external partners, including MCNs, influencers, and celebrities, while expanding partnership networks. - Analyze campaign performance and content response to identify insights and improve future strategies.
Qualifications
[What You’ll Bring] - At least 1 year of hands-on experience in influencer marketing - Business-level English communication skills

[Who Thrives Here] It would be a plus if you have experience in: - Planning or executing influencer campaigns targeting global markets - Analyzing campaign performance data and identifying insights - Collaborating in Korean in a business environment - Working at a digital marketing agency, influencer marketing agency, or MCN You’ll be a great fit if you are someone who: - Has experience strategically designing influencer selection and content direction based on campaign goals, budget, and resources - Looks at influencers and content not only through numbers, but also through the lens of brand and culture - Can prioritize clearly and move flexibly in fast-changing campaign environments - Respects cultural differences and collaborates with an open mindset
