Job Description

Your key responsibilities will include: • Examine the stock levels with purchase team; • Checking lead time; • Analyze data for future manufacturing; • Stock-taking warehouse and office; • Organize transporting goods from manufacturer to warehouse; • Control documentation of daily deliveries and shipments in ERP on monthly basis; • Order new supplies; • Handling Sales team's requests; • Checking and informing Sales team on products arrival dates; • Checking Purchasing orders and closing them after completion; • Handling payment requests after receipt of tax invoice.

Qualifications

🛠 What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Finance, or Trade Valid work authorization in South Korea Strong English and Korean proficiency (on a business professional level) Russian language skills (native or fluent) are an advantage.
