Job Description

As our Graphic Designer, you will: ✅ Understand and apply Koru Pharma’s brand identity, values, and positioning in all design work. ✅ Develop and maintain core visual identity assets (logos, typography, colors, patterns, icons). ✅ Design product packaging with focus on aesthetics, functionality, compliance, and sustainability. ✅ Execute strong graphic design with attention to layout, typography, composition, and color theory. ✅ Create print materials including brochures, flyers, catalogs, manuals, and event collateral. ✅ Design impactful presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides with clear visual hierarchy. ✅ Create digital banners, ads, and social media visuals optimized for multiple devices and platforms. ✅ Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and manufacturing teams. ✅ Prepare production-ready files with correct dielines, bleeds, color formats, and resolution. ✅ Conduct competitor and trend research to inform innovative and differentiated design solutions. ✅ Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines and visual consistency documentation. ✅ Produce mock-ups or 3D renders, gather feedback, and refine packaging and product visuals.

Qualifications

🔍What We’re Looking For: At least 1-2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat), Blender/Cinema 4D. A strong portfolio demonstrating creative and modern design solutions is required. A keen eye for detail and a love for bold ideas. Intermediate English or higher to collaborate with international teams.
