Job Description

• Planning and operation of performance advertising for the growth of in-house and external online stores • Operation and execution of major advertising media such as Meta, TikTok, and Twitter • Optimization of advertising efficiency through tracking and performance analysis • Development and improvement of ad creatives

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in performance marketing targeting Japan • Proficiency in business-level Japanese or higher (JLPT Level 1 or higher) • Experience improving marketing efficiency through data analysis • For foreign nationals, proficiency in business Korean

Preferred

• Experience working in the beauty or consumer goods industry • Experience planning advertising content and producing materials for the Japanese market • Deep understanding of Japanese culture
