Job Description

• Establishment and execution of B2B sales strategies in the Middle East • Identification of new business opportunities and strategic planning through market and competitor analysis • Management of sales and performance with clients by country and negotiation of contract terms • Monthly and quarterly performance analysis and identification of improvement directions • Overall import/export operations and licensing management

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–6 years of relevant experience • Experience in managing business partners • Ability to communicate in business English • Experience in overall trade practices, including export and customs clearance • No impediments to overseas business trips

Preferred

• Candidates with a deep understanding of the global beauty market and consumer goods distribution trends • Candidates with experience in overseas sales in the FMCG industry, such as cosmetics or food • Candidates with experience in expanding overseas business or launching new channels or markets • Candidates with experience in the Middle East market • Candidates proficient in Standard Arabic • Candidates with experience in retail channel management • Candidates with experience in exhibition management
