Global Skincare Brand [Marienmei] Hiring Overseas Marketing and Business Support Manager (Japanese/English Required)

Job Description

- Operation of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) and local marketing support for the Japanese region (Japanese, English) - Marketing and business communication with local branches, distributors, and major retailers in assigned countries; support for social media marketing operations - Planning, filming, and management of content for brand exposure on social media channels; content creation - Planning and production of key selling points for specific products, seasons, and events; support for local seeding - Contacting and managing KOLs and KOCs (Key Opinion Leaders), and supporting communication with local marketing agencies - Responding to inquiries, CS, and DMs on social media accounts in assigned countries; support for local marketing operations for overseas retailers

Qualifications

- Foreign nationals residing in Korea/foreign nationals are eligible to apply (★Possession of a domestic work visa is mandatory) - As the person in charge of the Japan region, proficiency in Japanese and English is mandatory - Basic proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, is required - Hiring Position/Rank: Intern (0 positions)

- Experienced in beauty, cosmetics, or skincare related work - Proficient in content creation, short-form videos, and Reels management across various social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.) - Bright, positive, and proactive, possessing a strong sense of responsibility to see assigned tasks through to completion - Has the execution skills to quickly analyze the latest beauty trends and flows and apply them to practical work
