Job Description

1. Consultation with US Customers (Communication CX) - Friendly and consistent customer service tailored to the brand's tone and atmosphere - Accurate and courteous response to customer inquiries based on an understanding of the service and business (no phone support, chat-only) - English chat support for US customers (real-time response during nighttime hours) - Simultaneous handling of customer inquiries from Korean and Japanese channels - Delivery of service announcements and guidelines, and support to minimize customer inconvenience 2. Customer Experience Improvement (Product CX) - Operation and improvement of the Help Center and FAQ to enable customers to resolve issues independently - Collecting customer inquiries (VOC), identifying areas of inconvenience, and proposing improvements - Enhancing service quality through collaboration with various teams, including development and operations - Supporting consultation efficiency and quality improvement using AI and automation tools

Qualifications

• Able to handle customer inquiries in English (chat-based, business English level)

Preferred

• Holders of Japanese or English language certifications • Experience in reducing repetitive tasks using AI or collaboration tools • Ability to articulate customer issues in language the development team can understand • Experience in chat support or operating customer service tools • Experience in IT services or startup environments • Experience with night shifts • Understanding of cross-border commerce or purchasing agency services
