<Introducing the Squad to Join Us> We understand the overall trends of the beauty and medical industry, identify new business opportunities, and lead their execution. During the process of executing new businesses, we formulate hypotheses and repeatedly conduct experiments and verifications to translate them into tangible results. We collaborate closely with various internal organizations to materialize ideas and execute them rapidly. <What You Will Be Doing> Leading the entire process from influencer research in the English-speaking, US, and Asian markets to prioritizing and recruitment Conducting collaborations by communicating directly with overseas creators via English email and DMs Creating influencer content guidelines, reviewing content, and managing upload schedules and progress Organizing performance data by influencer and writing reports by analyzing key metrics such as views, click-through rates, and engagement Identifying high-performing creator types and content patterns to organize them into repeatable collaboration models Supporting business partnerships aimed at attracting customers, going beyond influencer marketing

Qualifications

<We Are Looking for Someone Like This> Someone who can communicate with influencers and creators in English Someone with an understanding of global content and social trends (UK, US, and Asia) Someone with experience analyzing performance factors and hook points in video content Someone who enjoys the process of deriving insights from data Someone who is not hesitant to experiment and try new things, and takes full responsibility for assigned tasks until the end
