<Introducing the Squad to Join Us> We understand the overall trends of the beauty and medical industry, identify new business opportunities, and lead their execution. During the process of executing new businesses, we formulate hypotheses and repeatedly conduct experiments and verifications to translate them into tangible results. We collaborate closely with various internal organizations to materialize ideas and execute them rapidly. <What You Will Be Doing> **Operating various social channels such as X, Threads, TikTok, and Instagram to drive the growth of organic awareness, engagement, and traffic for new businesses** **Creating weekly/monthly content calendars; planning, producing, and uploading content optimized for each channel** **Discovering short-form content ideas; directly producing various materials including images, videos, and copy** **Organizing performance data by channel; analyzing trends in views, impressions, engagement, and follower growth to propose directions for future content experiments** **Experimenting with various elements such as hooks, messages, formats, upload times, and CTAs to discover winning formats for each channel and organizing them into repeatable content templates**

Qualifications

<We Are Looking for Someone Like This> Someone capable of planning and producing various forms of content in English, including images, videos, and copy. Someone with an understanding of global content and social trends (UK, US, and Asia). Someone with experience analyzing performance factors and hook points in video content. Someone who enjoys the process of deriving insights from data. Someone who is not hesitant to experiment and try new things, and takes full responsibility for assigned tasks until the end.
