Job Description
<Introducing Our Squad> Healing Paper is a company that has resolved information asymmetry in the Korean aesthetic medical market through "Gangnam Unnie." Now, we are moving on to the next chapter: directly driving the growth of K-Beauty in the global market. Based on exclusive marketing contracts with partner hospitals, our team directly designs and manages the entire customer journey onlineโfrom the initial inquiry of overseas clients to post-procedure and post-surgery care. If we do a good job, overseas clients can confidently book appointments and receive treatments at their preferred hospitals even in unfamiliar countries. Hospitals, in turn, can generate tangible revenue impact by attracting international patients. All of these results represent a business impact created directly by us, the team working together, rather than by anyone else. Now that K-Beauty is gaining global attention, we are looking for someone who wants to work as an expert at the forefront of this movement. ๐ก The Chinese-speaking position is responsible for customers in the Greater China region who use both Simplified and Traditional Chinese. WeChat and Line are the primary communication channels, and it is a market where referral culture and community-based information sharing are active. It is highly advantageous if you can communicate in both Simplified and Traditional Chinese and have a strong understanding of the characteristics of customers in the Greater China region. <What You Will Be Doing> This role is not simply that of a counselor answering inquiries. You are a sales consultant who takes responsibility for the entire customer journey. 1. Inquiry โ Appointment | Sales that Moves the Customer's Heart You receive inquiries from overseas customers via WeChat, Instagram, Gangnam Unnie, etc., resolve their concerns, and naturally lead them to appointments. This is not about processing CS tickets, but about moving the hearts of customers who are hesitating whether or not to visit the clinic. 2. Appointment โ Visit | Managing Appointments to Lead to Actual Visits An appointment is not the end, but the beginning. You anticipate signals that could lead to cancellations and proactively follow up to ensure that the customer who made the appointment actually walks through the clinic doors. 3. Visit โ Follow-up Care | Connecting a Single Visit to Trust Communication with customers continues even after procedures or surgeries. We build a relationship of trust that increases satisfaction and leads to repeat visits and referrals. 4. Operational Improvement | Directly Creating and Improving Your Own Numbers Directly track key metrics such as booking conversion rates, and propose and implement improvement ideas. Meticulously record and manage consultation history using Google Sheets or Excel.
