Job Description

Preparation and review of Cosmetic Product Safety Reports (CPSR) Ingredient and formula compliance review according to EU Cosmetic Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 Verification of ingredient concentrations, allergens, and restricted substances Margin of Safety (MoS) and toxicological assessment review Support for CPNP/SCPN notifications Review of product labels and claims for EU/UK compliance Communication with overseas laboratories, assessors, and brand owners Preparation and maintenance of Product Information Files (PIF)

Qualifications

Experience in cosmetic regulatory affairs or cosmetic safety assessment Knowledge of EU cosmetic regulations and toxicology principles Experience preparing or reviewing CPSRs independently Understanding of SCCS opinions, ingredient restrictions, and exposure calculations Experience with CPNP and SCPN registration Strong English communication skills Background in chemistry, pharmacy, toxicology, biology, or related fields preferred
