1. Content Marketing Strategy Develop and execute effective (organic and paid) social media content strategies to drive user acquisition and re-engagement. 2. Performance Analysis Track, analyze, and optimize content performance using key metrics and insights. 3. Hands-on Content Creation Create and design engaging static marketing assets for both paid and organic social media campaigns. 4. Cross-Team Collaboration Collaborate closely with PR, content, performance marketing, and video managers to ensure alignment in messaging and creative direction across campaigns. 5. Trend & Market Research Monitor and stay up to date with webtoon community trends, conversations, and audience insights.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in content marketing - Hands-on experience creating visual content with image and video editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Figma, CapCut) - Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms targeting global audiences - Native-level English proficiency with a strong passion for webtoons - Strong copywriting and storytelling skills - Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices

Preferred

- Basic knowledge of marketing data analysis (e.g., Meta Ads Manager) - Video editing and short-form content creation experience - Experience in media and entertainment content
