Job Description

- Guidance and interpretation for visiting Chinese clients - Stationed on each floor of the clinic to provide exceptional service at every stage of the client experience - Establishing cooperative relationships through rapport building with clients - Responsible for customer support tasks to ensure efficient operations (certificate issuance, reception/payment, beverage service, etc.) - Taking photographs for precise diagnoses - Handling other patient interaction duties
