Job Description
Job Description: 1. Handle technical inquiries regarding server/storage products raised by enterprise customers via email, phone, and live chat tools (5x9 hours of support). This includes registering cases, diagnosing issues, proposing solutions, tracking progress, escalating and closing cases, and sharing case summaries. 2. Achieve individual work goals (number of received/resolved cases, single-resolver resolution rate, escalation accuracy, timeliness of processing, etc.). 3. Regularly organize and compile technical data and documentation, and conduct follow-up reviews of technical issues. 4. Participate in training or on-site support to achieve goals for enhancing technical capabilities. Qualifications
Qualifications: 1. Language Requirements: Fluent Japanese + Fluent Korean (both mandatory) 2. Must be proficient in basic computer hardware architecture and capable of troubleshooting common server/computer hardware failures. 3. Must understand the Linux operating system and basic network knowledge. 4. Experience in technical support, IT help desk, or on-site operational maintenance is preferred (bonus points). 5. Must be highly responsible, self-disciplined, diligent, have excellent communication skills, and possess strong logical analytical and stress management abilities. 6. Age 35 or younger is recommended, but this may be relaxed for experienced candidates. 7. Must be able to accept on-site support or short-term business trips. 8. Must be able to accept a small amount of overtime within legal limits (e.g., training or meetings). Major Requirements: No restrictions; preference given to computer-related majors such as Computer Science and Technology, Software Engineering, or Information Management.
