Job Description

• Amazon banner and content development • Amazon Marketplace operations and issue management • Improving visibility and conversion rates on Amazon through data analysis • Collaboration and communication with marketers and related departments (Marketing, Logistics, CS, etc.)

Qualifications

• Proficient in business-level Spanish or higher • For international candidates, capable of seamless collaboration in Korean • Interested in global B2C e-commerce operations • Able to define problems and consider directions for improvement based on data

Preferred

• Proficient in business-level English or higher • Experience operating on Amazon Global Marketplace • Experience operating a beauty e-commerce platform • Understanding of or experience in collaboration regarding online marketing (advertising, promotions, etc.) • Genuine passion for cosmetics and skincare, and a strong interest in brand growth • Ability to communicate flexibly and positively as a team player
