Job Description

• Plans services and projects based on Generative AI. - Refines service ideas utilizing AI technologies such as LLM, RAG, image/video generation AI, chatbots, STT/TTS, and computer vision. • Organizes requirements for AI projects and drafts functional specifications, user scenarios, screen flows, and planning documents. - Defines service structure, feature priorities, development scope, and schedules based on customer and internal requests. • Collaborates with the Development, Design, and Business Development teams to support the creation of PoCs and MVPs for AI services. - Collaboratively defines AI model/API utilization methods, data flow, user experience, and deliverable quality standards. • Plans Generative AI content and offline/online integrated services. - Designs AI experiences applicable in various environments, including brands, exhibitions, pop-ups, physical spaces, kiosks, and web services. • Prepares meeting minutes, planning documents, proposals, technical research documents, and result reports during the project process. • Research new AI technologies and market cases, and organize them into service ideas that can be actually commercialized.

Qualifications

• Individuals with a strong interest in AI service planning, AI projects, development projects, and data/content-based services • Individuals with a basic understanding of AI technologies such as Generative AI, LLM, RAG, image/video generation AI, chatbots, STT/TTS, and computer vision • Individuals who wish to plan service structures and user experiences utilizing AI technologies, even if they are not developers • Individuals capable of documentation and communication using collaboration tools such as Notion, Figma, Google Workspace, and Slack • Individuals who do not let ideas end in words but persistently complete them from data research → drafting plans → defining features → managing execution • Individuals who can learn quickly in a startup environment, actively communicate with diverse roles, and solve problems

Preferred

• Experience with AI-related projects, competitions, portfolios, bootcamps, or training courses • Experience with AI/development technologies such as Python, FastAPI, LangChain, OpenAI API, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, Flux, RAG, and Vector DB • Project experience in chatbots, recommendation systems, image/video generation, data analysis, computer vision, and voice AI • Experience working on collaborative projects with developers, designers, project managers, and business teams • Ability to logically organize proposals, planning documents, presentation materials, and technical research documents • Interest in connecting AI technology to actual services and business, going beyond mere usage
