[ANUA] Taiwan Influencer Marketing & PR Manager

Job Description

- Overall PR responsibilities for Anua in Taiwan - Discovery, listing, and recruitment of Taiwanese influencers (YouTubers, Instagram, TikTok influencers, etc.) - Planning and operation of Taiwanese influencer marketing (Content direction/guidelines, schedule management, issue response, etc.) - Deriving marketing insights through analysis of beauty trends and sponsored content performance data

Qualifications

- Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience - Candidates with excellent Chinese communication skills - Candidates with proven track records and case studies in Taiwan influencer marketing planning and operation

Preferred

[Experience] - Native-level Chinese language proficiency - Experience studying or living in Taiwan - High interest in and understanding of the Taiwanese beauty market - Experience leading influencer scouting and management - High understanding of social media content and trends - Strong interest in Taiwanese beauty content and the influencer industry [Characteristics] - Interest in K-Beauty, beauty media, and the influencer ecosystem as a whole - Execution skills to quickly coordinate schedules, content, and messages related to collaborations with various influencers - Judgment to respond calmly and accurately to issues regarding internal/external feedback - Insights into the Taiwanese market and consumers - Proactiveness to proactively propose ideas and quickly seize and execute opportunities - Understanding the value of working as a team rather than relying on individual skills
