Job Description

• Operation of official LINE accounts for Japanese customers and overall consultation (inbound inquiries, reservations, procedure information, etc.) • Improvement of consultation processes based on the customer journey • Smooth communication and maintenance of partnerships with existing Japanese patient recruitment agencies • Identification of new agencies and leadership of partnership discussions • Support for agency performance tracking and communication regarding commissions and settlements

Qualifications

• Native-level or business Japanese communication skills • Experience in CX (Customer Experience) operations targeting the Japanese market or B2B partnership, sales, or management roles • Strong text-based communication skills and problem-solving abilities • Ability to collaborate seamlessly with various related departments (Global Division, Marketing, field personnel, etc.)

Preferred

• Experience in global inbound business (Japan) for hospitals and clinics, such as dermatology and plastic surgery clinics • Experience in utilizing LINE Official Accounts (OA) and business management • Understanding of agency commission structures and basic settlement processes
