Recruiting Production Workers for Thomson Mold Manufacturing / Packaging and Production Process Assistant

Job Description

You will perform tasks such as cleaning, packaging, labeling, quantity verification, preparation for shipment, and material organization for Thomson dies and related products. Initially, training will focus on assisting with packaging and shipment. Subsequently, depending on proficiency and production schedules, you may be assigned to assist with post-processing tasks following laser processing, such as router trimming, leveling, and removing carbonization marks from plywood products. You may also perform manufacturing process support tasks, including visual inspection, measurement assistance, assembly assistance, and product transfer between processes. However, if it is determined that your proficiency or understanding of equipment usage is insufficient, you will continue to perform packaging and shipment assistance duties.

Qualifications

No educational background or work experience required Foreign applicants must possess a valid residence status allowing for employment in Korea Able to perform tasks such as packaging, shipping assistance, material organization, and production process support within the manufacturing site Able to understand basic work instructions and adhere to on-site safety regulations Upon hiring, candidates may be assigned to manufacturing process support roles, such as router post-processing assistance, visual inspection assistance, or assembly assistance, depending on work proficiency and production schedules Eligibility for performing relevant duties based on residence status will be verified during the interview and hiring process

Preferred

Experience in manufacturing production or packaging work Experience in field work related to wood, plywood, or processed products Experience assisting with visual inspection, quantity verification, and shipment inspection Ability to commute to the Cheongju/Ochang area Ability to work long-term
