Job Description

• Establishment and execution of B2B sales strategies in Southeast Asia • Identification of new business opportunities and strategic planning through market and competitor analysis • Identification of key partners and establishment of relationships with major retailers • Management of sales and performance by country and negotiation of contract terms • Monthly and quarterly performance analysis and identification of improvement directions

Qualifications

• Candidates with 3–7 years of experience in overseas B2B sales or partner negotiations • Candidates with practical experience in overall B2B operations, including sales, settlement, shipping, and logistics processes • Candidates with a high level of understanding of the global beauty and consumer goods market and distribution structures • Candidates fluent in business English • For foreign nationals, candidates proficient in business-level Korean • Candidates willing to travel overseas
