Job Description
Business Development Research and environmental analysis of the kids' dietary, healthcare, and education industries in target markets (Japan/USA/Europe) Collecting and analyzing market data and deriving insights using AI tools Identifying potential customers (schools, kindergartens, educational institutions, B2B partners, etc.) and conducting direct reach-outs Setting up and conducting video meetings, and conducting customer interviews via on-site visits when necessary Preparing feasibility reports to establish market entry strategies Marketing Promotion and content planning through global LinkedIn channels Research and support for participation in overseas trade fairs and conferences Creation of marketing content in English and Japanese (blogs, case studies, social media, etc.)
Qualifications
English: Business Level (Able to conduct cold emails and video meetings) Someone who pioneers new markets and products and enjoys the challenge itself Someone who learns independently, takes initiative, and grows rather than waiting for others to teach them Someone who can quickly run the cycle of Research → Hypothesis → Execution → Learning
Preferred
Japanese: Business Level (Able to communicate practically with Japanese companies) — Japanese candidates preferred Experience in Startups/B2B Sales/BD/Consulting Interest in Food Tech, EdTech, and the Kids Industry Experience using BD tools such as LinkedIn, HubSpot, and Apollo Proficient in using AI research tools (Claude, Perplexity, ChatGPT, etc.)
