1. Brand Strategy Formulation and Execution Planning branding and positioning strategies for the premium customized pet food brand ‘BAF Dog’ Establishing a marketing roadmap to acquire new customers and improve repurchase rates 2. Digital/Content Marketing Planning social media (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) campaigns and managing content Customized advertising and performance marketing for target customers (pet families and DINK pets) (utilizing GA and META) Brand storytelling and product content creation (videos, copy, articles, etc.) 3. Market Data-Driven Marketing Research on companion animal healthcare trends and analysis of consumer insights Planning customer data-based CRM and retention marketing Participation in exhibition promotion planning

Qualifications

- Individuals with a strong interest in technology trends - Individuals capable of utilizing and analyzing tracking tools such as GA - Individuals with experience achieving tangible results (sales or traffic) through content-based marketing - Individuals with over 2 years of experience in brand marketing or performance marketing - High understanding of trends in the pet market, premium food, and healthcare sectors - Individuals with data-driven thinking and execution skills - Individuals who are adaptable to the startup environment and work proactively

Preferred

- Experience in performance marketing (operating online ads, using tracking tools such as GA) - Experience marketing pet food/pet care brands or D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brands - Proficiency in video and content creation tools (Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, etc.) - Experience in influencer and community collaboration marketing - Experience planning promotional events (pet fairs, etc.) - Experience collaborating with diverse roles (marketing, design, development, planning, etc.) - Familiarity with communicating with customers through content utilizing text and visuals - Ability to quickly grasp trends and plan content suitable for products and customers
