Job Description

- Overall management of Japanese influencer social media - Discovery, listing, and recruitment of Japanese influencers (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) - Planning and operation of Japanese influencer marketing (Content direction, guide planning, scheduling, issue response, etc.) - Utilization of AI in various tasks

Qualifications

- Education: No educational requirements - Experience: Entry-level / 1+ years - Japanese national or native-level Japanese communication skills - Experience managing social media content on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and X - Strong interest in the beauty and skincare fields - No difficulty using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Sandcastle) - Fast execution speed and a good fit for a hands-on learning environment

Preferred

- Experience in planning and editing Reels and short-form content - Experience in creating social media visual content, such as card news - Interest in and understanding of the beauty, healthcare, and lifestyle sectors - Ability to quickly identify trends and reflect them in content - High execution skills and quick response to feedback
