Foreigner Service Halftime Assistant (Experiential Intern)

Job Description

· Research on overall services for foreigners (including competitor benchmarking) · Support for testing foreigner bank accounts · Service maintenance after launch · Review of translations and follow-up on translation system establishment · Support for expanding services related to long-term foreign residents · Support for planning services for foreign visitors to Korea

Qualifications

· Native-level fluency in one of the following languages: Vietnamese, Chinese, or English · High understanding of the local culture and financial environment of the country corresponding to the language being applied for (Vietnam, China, or the United States) · Ability to empathize with the difficulties experienced by foreigners using Korea's financial and administrative services firsthand and provide insights for improvement · Legal ability to reside and work in Korea (For foreign nationals, holders of or prospective issuance of visas such as F-series or D-2 part-time work permits) · Meticulous and accurate work processing · Clear and smooth communication · Effective schedule management and responsible work

Preferred

· Foreign nationals with experience using or a strong interest in Korean financial services · Able to communicate fluently in Korean
