"We are looking for someone who goes beyond translation to 'deliver' content." Storytaco is seeking a colleague who can properly convey our games and stories to the language and emotions of Japanese users. More than simple text translation: Content localization tailored to the emotional sensibilities of Japanese users Assistance with planning and operation of social media marketing content Identification and communication with Japanese partners We are recruiting a reliable team member to collaborate seamlessly across the entire project. [Key Responsibilities] Analysis of the Japanese market and competing games, trend research, and derivation of insights Collaboration and communication regarding Japanese publishing/marketing (Collaboration with partners and relevant internal departments) Overall management of Japanese service operations and execution of business tasks (Support for event planning/operation, writing announcements, responding to updates, etc.) Conducting Game Localization Quality Assurance (LQA)

Candidates who can read and write Japanese naturally (native level preferred) Those who enjoy games and are interested in various game content Those who can responsibly complete assigned tasks to the end Those who meticulously check content and strive not to miss even the smallest details Those who communicate smoothly with team members and are comfortable collaborating Those who are proactive in learning new tasks and growing

Preferred

Native Japanese speaker or someone with equivalent high proficiency in Japanese Experience playing various games on mobile, PC, or console Experience with game translation or video/content subtitle translation (including personal projects) Interest in and understanding of Japanese culture and the game market

Contract Position OR Intern (In-person work for 3 months or more, duration negotiable) 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM > Work for 8 hours > Leave 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM (Flexible work schedule) Salary: Minimum wage guaranteed and negotiable after interview
