💼 Introducing the Role You Will Be Responsible For • Designing and executing annual/seasonal promotion roadmaps to achieve sales targets for the Hong Kong online store • Refining sales strategies through analysis of key metrics such as average order value and conversion rate • Maximizing conversion efficiency relative to traffic by optimizing the purchase journey and product detail pages • Establishing operational processes for stable revenue generation and collaborating with relevant departments

Qualifications

🫱🏻‍🫲🏻 We are looking to work with someone who has the following experience: • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in company-owned online store operations and sales management • Language: Native-level Chinese (Traditional) or Cantonese / Korean (Foreigners only) - TOPIK Level 5 or higher • Ability to define problems and derive solutions based on data • Status of Residence (Foreigners only): Holders of D-10, E-7, or Type F visas • Cannot be hired with visas other than job-seeking visas (e.g., D-2, D-4, H-1, etc.)
