Job Description

- Operation of dermatology marketing targeting English-speaking international customers - Planning and uploading social media content for Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, X, etc. - Communication with international influencers and product testers - Response to English DMs and customer service inquiries - Monitoring of international communities and trends - Assistance with planning hospital promotions and events - Creation of marketing content (using Canva and AI) - Management of international customer reviews and viral marketing

Qualifications

- Proficient in English and Korean communication (possible to provide consultation interpretation) - Experienced in social media and digital marketing - High understanding of global cultures and trends - Responsible and meticulous in work - Interested in K-Beauty / skincare - Proficient in basic computer skills and AI tools
