Job Description
* Kitchen Assistant Duties (Supporting Sous Chef and Head Chef, Performing Basic Cooking Tasks) * Checking and Managing Incoming Food Ingredients, Organizing and Storing Inventory * Maintaining Kitchen Cleanliness and Complying with Hygiene Standards * Organizing and Maintaining Cooking Equipment and Facilities * Supporting Overall Kitchen Operations for Smooth Workflow
Preferred
* Experience working in international hotels or fine dining kitchens * Experience in the same position or a degree in a relevant field * Holder of culinary certifications (Korean, Western, Chinese, Japanese cuisine, etc.) * Possess excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset * Ability to work rotating shifts * Proficient in Korean (TOPIK Level 3 or higher) and other foreign languages such as English * Experience in international hotels or fine dining kitchen operations * Experience in a similar position or relevant culinary education background * Certified culinary skills (Korean, Western, Chinese, Japanese cuisine certificates, etc.) * Strong communication skills and service mindset * Ability to work in rotating shifts * Korean (TOPIK Level 3 or higher), English, or other foreign language communication skills preferred

This is a 5-day rotating shift schedule. The starting salary for entry-level candidates in 2026 is KRW 29,000,000 per year.
