<Introducing the Team You Will Join> The Overseas Exclusive Rights Business Squad is a team dedicated to driving the global growth of K-Beauty and Healing Paper’s partner hospitals. Based on exclusive marketing contracts with partner hospitals, we design and manage the entire customer journey online—from the moment overseas customers first encounter K-Beauty to post-procedure and surgery care. You will constantly experiment with ways to introduce Korean medical and beauty services to global customers and witness firsthand how these efforts translate into tangible revenue for the hospitals. You will experience the A to Z of the process of establishing services from unfamiliar countries as a trustworthy choice. <What You Will Be Doing> Analysis of customer personas in the Thai market and execution of localized marketing strategies Planning and production of content for major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) based on marketing strategies Advertising management and performance improvement on major digital media such as Google, Meta, and TikTok Planning and operation of collaborative campaigns with local Thai influencer agencies and creators

Qualifications

<We Are Looking for Someone Like This> Someone capable of native-level Thai communication and business-level Korean communication Someone with a deep understanding of Thai culture and consumer trends Someone with practical marketing experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or aesthetic medical fields Someone with experience creating blog content optimized for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Someone who has measured performance and improved campaigns using data analysis tools such as GA4 Someone with strong communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders

<Preferred Qualifications> Holder of TOPIK Level 6 or higher (Applicable to foreign national applicants) Holder of F-2, F-4, F-5, or F-6 visas, or able to join immediately Experience working at a hospital in the aesthetic medical field (e.g., plastic surgery or dermatology), MSO, or medical tourism agency Experience marketing using major Thai platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, LINE, and Pantip Over 3 years of experience in content marketing targeting the Thai market in the beauty, cosmetics, or commerce industries
