Chinese customer consultation and in-hospital interpretation support (in-person consultations / procedures / aftercare) Chinese customer service and appointment management (responding to inquiries, scheduling, CRM management) Operation and marketing management of Chinese social media channels (Xiaohongshu, WeChat, etc.: content planning, uploading, and communication) General hospital front desk duties (reception, billing, appointments, customer guidance)

Qualifications

Fluent in both Chinese and Korean (capable of interpretation and customer service) Possess a customer service mindset and strong communication skills Able to provide bright and friendly service Responsible and meticulous in performing duties Proficient in basic document creation and office automation (Excel, Word, etc.) Familiar with social media and online platforms Able to collaborate seamlessly with team members Able to respond flexibly to work demands inherent in the hospital and service industries

Preferred

Native Chinese speaker or capable of business conversation Experienced in medical tourism, hospital coordinator, or interpreter Experienced in Xiaohongshu/WeChat operations Experienced in customer service and customer interaction Ability to create social media content Ability to write documents in Korean and Chinese
