* The Seongsu branch operates in an environment where it serves customers of diverse nationalities. An additional Global Service Allowance is provided based on individual language proficiency. (Up to 200,000 KRW per month) (The extension of this system is scheduled to be reviewed following a pilot operation in the second quarter of 2026 (April–June).) ※ Working hours at Cllime Seongsu branch can be selected from a 5-day workweek (40 hours), a 4-day workweek (40 hours), or a 4-day workweek (32 hours). The specific schedule will be finalized after consultation, depending on the store's operational status. (For the 4-day, 32-hour workweek, monthly salary is subject to company regulations.) Qualifications

[Beautist (Skin Care Specialist)] - Skin Care Specialist License required - Individuals with an interest in beauty/esthetics roles and a willingness to learn - Individuals with a basic service mindset regarding customer interaction - Individuals capable of working diligently and responsibly [Beauty Manager] - English proficiency required (basic conversational skills or higher) - Individuals with customer interaction skills and a service mindset - Individuals capable of smooth communication
