Job Description

- Planning and producing short video content to be posted on the official WOWPASS Japan channel - Discovering content ideas related to Korean travel, payments, transportation, shopping, and benefits, based on the perspective of Japanese travelers - Creating video concepts and scripts suitable for short video platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts - Improving content quality through video shooting, editing, and subtitle creation - Creating content suitable for WOWPASS, referencing Japanese trends and SNS content trends - Adjusting Japanese copy, subtitles, and thumbnail text to be natural and easy to understand for Japanese users - Checking post-post results such as views, reactions, saves, and comments, and proposing improvement ideas - Creating video content related to campaigns, promotions, and in-app benefits in collaboration with global marketers, designers, and the operations team

Qualifications

- Native-level Japanese speakers or those who can express themselves naturally from the perspective of Japanese users - Experience in planning and producing short video content is a plus - Familiarity with short video platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts is a plus - Experience using video shooting and editing tools is a plus - Strong interest in the tone, memes, and trends of content that resonate with Japanese Gen Z and Gen Z - Interest in Korean travel, K-beauty, K-food, shopping, and tourism content - Ability to rephrase content in a way that is easy for Japanese customers to understand and respond to, rather than simply translating - Ability to analyze content performance and continuously improve it in a positive direction

- Someone familiar with Japanese social media trends - Someone with experience managing short video content on personal social media, portfolios, brand accounts, etc. - Someone proficient in video and design tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Canva - Someone with experience creating content for Japanese travelers, review content, vlogs, and informational content - Someone who is willing to appear in videos during filming, or who is comfortable appearing in content themselves - Someone who can analyze basic data to determine what kind of content will lead to results - Someone with experience creating content related to app services, travel, fintech, and e-commerce

Visa Information - For foreign nationals, applicants must hold a D-2 (student) or D-10 (job seeker) visa, or have no disqualifying factors for obtaining an E-7 visa. Applicants with other visas that allow employment in Korea are also eligible. - Ability to communicate in Korean is a plus. - *TOPIK Level 4 or higher is a plus.
