Job Description

- Plan and produce short video content to be uploaded to the official WOWPASS Traditional Chinese Community (Taiwan/Hong Kong) channel. - Develop content ideas related to Korean tourism, payment, transportation, shopping, and deals from the perspective of travelers in the Traditional Chinese Community (Taiwan/Hong Kong). - Plan video projects and write scripts based on the characteristics of short video platforms such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. - Responsible for video shooting, editing, and subtitling to improve content completeness and quality. - Transform local trends and social media content in the Traditional Chinese Community into content formats suitable for WOWPASS. - Adjust Traditional Chinese text, subtitles, and thumbnails to a natural and easy-to-understand style for Traditional Chinese Community users. - Analyze the performance of published content, including views, interactions, favorites, and comments, and provide suggestions for improvement. - Collaborate with the Global Marketing, Design, and Operations teams to create video content for events, promotions, and in-app offers.

Qualifications

- Native speaker level in Traditional Chinese, or able to write natural content from the perspective of Traditional Chinese-speaking (Taiwan/Hong Kong) users. - Experience in planning and producing short video content is a plus. - Familiarity with short video platforms such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts is a plus. - Proficiency in video shooting and editing tools is a plus. - A strong interest in the content styles, memes, and trends favored by Gen Z/MZ in Traditional Chinese-speaking (Taiwan/Hong Kong) users is a plus. - Interest in Korean travel, K-Beauty, K-Food, shopping, and sightseeing content is a plus. - Candidates who can translate content into a style that Traditional Chinese-speaking users can truly understand and resonate with are a plus. - Ability to continuously optimize and improve content based on its performance, and demonstrate strong execution skills are a plus.

- Familiarity with SNS trends in Traditional Chinese-speaking regions (Taiwan/Hong Kong) is a plus. - Experience managing personal SNS accounts, portfolio accounts, brand accounts, and other short video content is a plus. - Proficiency in video/design tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Canva is a plus. - Experience creating content related to travelers in Traditional Chinese-speaking regions (Taiwan/Hong Kong), including reviews, vlogs, and informational content, is a plus. - Willingness to appear on camera or participate in content creation is a plus. - Ability to analyze simple data to determine which content performs best is a plus. - Experience creating content related to app services, travel, fintech, and e-commerce is a plus.

Visa - Foreign nationals must hold a D-2 (student) or D-10 (job seeker) visa, or meet the eligibility requirements for an E-7 visa. - Preference will be given to candidates who can communicate in basic Korean. - ※ TOPIK Level 4 or above is especially preferred.
