Job Description

- Establishment, improvement, and operation of Italian localization quality standards (style guide, glossary management, etc.) - Review and improvement of translation language quality - Streamlining localization operations through collaboration with relevant departments

Qualifications

- Native-level proficiency in Korean and Italian - Practical experience in related fields such as translation, localization, and language quality control - Strong attention to detail and possessing the patience and focus for repetitive quality verification tasks - Proficient in structured document writing and clear communication

Preferred

- Candidates with practical experience in webtoon/content translation and localization (experience in designing language assets, such as style guides, is preferred) - Holders of a degree in linguistics, Italian, or a related field - Candidates capable of logically explaining the factors that distinguish naturalness from unnaturalness in language expression and systematizing these factors - Candidates with experience living in Italy - Proficient in English or Japanese (proficient in other languages ​​is also preferred)
