To provide an even better experience in the future, we are now recruiting a [Japan Customer Support Representative] who will work closely with our users and support the service together! ๐ฏ Position Overview โข Department: Service Operations Team โข Job Title: zeta Japan Customer Support (Customer Support Operation, zeta JP) โข Employment Type: Full-time employee or 1-year contract employee (extendable) ๐ผ Working Conditions and Benefits โข Work Location: ScatterLab Headquarters (125 Wangsimni-ro, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, KD Tower 901, 902) โข Working Hours: 5 days a week / 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (including 1-hour break) โ Main Responsibilities โข Handling inquiries within the zeta Japan service (customer center, email, etc.) โข Collaborating with relevant departments to resolve user issues โข Planning and improving customer support-related content such as CS manuals and FAQs โข Collecting VOC (Voice of the Customer) data and extracting insights
Qualifications
โจ Eligibility Requirements * Native-level Japanese proficiency and business-level Korean language skills (TOPIK Level 6 or higher) * Excellent communication skills and strong logical communication abilities * Proactive problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of responsibility * Proficient in basic document creation and data organization * Ability to think from the user's perspective and empathize * If not a Korean national, possessing an appropriate residence status for the type of work * Residence status allowing work of 40 hours or more per week (e.g., F-2, F-5 visa.
