๐งโ๐ป Hiring SETA Japan CS Manager (Operations) โZeta,โ currently being developed by Scatter Lab, is a new entertainment service where users can become the protagonist, immerse themselves in their desired characters, worldviews, and situations, engage in conversations, and create their own unique stories. The most significant feature of Zeta is its high user retention time. On average, Zeta users spend over 12 hours a week immersed in the app. Notably, they spend more time on Zeta than on well-known platforms like Netflix, KakaoPage, Chizizik, Cookie Run, Roblox, and Discord. Isn't it amazing that hundreds of thousands of people spend 12 hours a week on Zeta every day? We are looking for a Zeta Japan CS Manager (Operations) who will listen closely to the voices of Zeta users, who possess such a strong fandom, and help build Zeta together to provide a better user experience! ๐ We want to work with someone like this "If you are someone who treats customer issues as your own and wants to change their experience for the better, CS at Scatter Lab can mean more than just simple customer service." ๐งโ๐ป Position Overview ใปDepartment: Service Operations Team ใปJob Function: zeta JP Customer Support ๐ผ Key Responsibilities ใปResponding to customer inquiries (Customer Center, email, etc.) within the zeta JP service ใปCollaborating with relevant departments to resolve user issues ใปPlanning and improving customer support content, such as CS manuals and FAQs ใปCollecting VOC (Voice of Customer) data and deriving insights ๐งพ Working Conditions ใปContract Type: Permanent or 1-year contract (extendable) ใปWork Location: Scatter Lab Headquarters (Seongdong-gu)
Qualifications
ใปNative-level Japanese speakers ใปKorean speakers proficient enough to communicate effectively for work (TOPIK Level 6 or higher) ใปExperience in customer service based on communication or proficiency in logical communication ใปPossession of proactive problem-solving skills and a strong sense of responsibility ใปFamiliar with basic document drafting and data organization ใปAbility to think and empathize from a user's perspective ใปNon-Korean nationals holding the appropriate visa status ใปPerforming a visa status that allows for working at least 40 hours per week (โปF-2, F-5 visas, etc. Please share your visa status when applying.)

ใปNative-level fluency in both Korean and Japanese ใปExperience in Game Operations (GM) or Customer Service (CS) for online content services ใปExperience with the Zeta service and having used it ใปExperience in IT, mobile services, or AI chatbot CS ใปFamiliarity with working in startups or fast-paced environments ใปInterest in or experience with AI and chatbot services
