Job Description
- Responding to Customer Inquiries in the Republic of Uzbekistan: Resolving customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email channels to provide a satisfactory experience. - VOC Management & Logging: Recording and tagging consultation details in the system, and organizing recurring issues to contribute to FAQs and operational improvements. - Supporting Customer Retention: Working together to encourage customer repeat usage and service activation through CRM campaigns and outbound calls. - Communicating with Partners: Communicating with partners based on remittance status to promptly resolve customer issues. - Global Communication: Supporting customer service and the translation and localization of service messages while considering the cultural context of each country.
Qualifications
- A citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan who is interested in customer service and capable of friendly and clear communication - Someone who enjoys working collaboratively with a team and is proactive in problem-solving - Someone with a habit of meticulously recording and organizing - Someone who is willing to learn new tasks and approaches them proactively - Someone who is available for shift work (working days and hours negotiable)
Preferred
- Experience in customer service or CS - Ability to persistently investigate and resolve customer issues - Familiar with data recording and classification, and possessing meticulousness as a strength - Experience using CRM tools (e.g., ChannelTalk) or customer management systems - Ability to communicate in English and Korean at a business-ready level
