Bangladesh Customer Management Manager (CCM)

Job Description

● Responding to Customer Inquiries in Bangladesh - Resolves initial customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email channels to provide a satisfactory experience. ● VOC Management & Logging - Records and tags consultation details in the system, organizes recurring issues, and contributes to FAQs and operational improvements. ● Supporting Customer Retention - Promotes customer repeat usage and service activation through CRM campaigns and outbound calls. ● Communicating with Partners - Communicates with partners based on remittance status to promptly resolve customer issues. ● Global Communication - Supports customer service and the translation and localization of service messages, taking into account the cultural context of each country.

Qualifications

● A Bangladeshi national with an interest in customer service and capable of friendly and clear communication ● Someone who enjoys working collaboratively with a team and is proactive in problem-solving ● Someone with a habit of meticulous record-keeping and organization ● Someone who is willing to learn new tasks and approaches them with enthusiasm ● Someone available for shift work (working days and hours negotiable)

Preferred

● Experience in customer service or CS ● Ability to persistently investigate and resolve customer issues ● Familiar with data recording and classification, and possessing meticulousness as a strength ● Experience using CRM tools (e.g., ChannelTalk) or customer management systems ● Ability to communicate in English and Korean at a business-ready level
