Job Description

- Product registration and information updates for B2C channels (company website, Shopee) - Management of product setups and pricing for promotions and events - Response to customer service inquiries and order processing for Taiwan B2C channels (company website, Shopee, social media channels, etc.) - Management of B2C channel reviews and planning/execution of review events - Posting and operation management for community pages

Qualifications

- Experience: No experience required (Entry-level welcome) - Language: Chinese (Traditional) or Taiwanese Chinese - Business level or higher Korean (Foreigners only) - TOPIK Level 5 or higher (Business level) - Status of Residence (Foreigners only): Holders of E-7 or Type F visas - Cannot be hired with visas other than job-seeking visas (e.g., D-2, D-4, H-1, etc.) - Candidates with excellent proficiency in work tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Notion

- Document Screening → Interview → Negotiation of Compensation and Final Acceptance → Hiring → Probationary Period (6 Months/Intern) → Probationary Evaluation → Conversion to Permanent Position - Probationary Period: 6 Months / Contract Position (Intern) - The decision regarding conversion to a permanent position will be made through a probationary evaluation based on performance during the 6-month period, in accordance with internal regulations. - 'Intern treatment' applies during the probationary period.
