Job Description

We are looking for an experienced part-time cook to join our busy pub kitchen. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard, maintaining excellent food safety and cleanliness practices, assisting with inventory and food storage management, and performing efficiently during busy service periods. Applicants should be reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Korean cuisine is preferred, and full training will be provided on our menu and kitchen systems. We are recruiting an experienced part-time cook to work with us in our busy pub kitchen. Key responsibilities include cooking and preparing menu items, adhering to hygiene and food safety standards, managing inventory and ingredients, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations during busy business hours. Applicants must be responsible, diligent, and able to work smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Korean cuisine is preferred, and training on the store's menu and operational systems will be provided.

Qualifications

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment * Committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety * Fluent English required; basic Korean communication skills required * Must hold a valid visa permitting employment in Korea (visa sponsorship is not available) * Must have a Korean bank account for salary payments * Available to work late-night shifts on weekends, with general availability Thursday–Sunday until 2–3 a.m. * Some flexibility in scheduling can be accommodated with advance notice * Candidates who can work in a fast-paced kitchen environment * Candidates who can strictly adhere to standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety * Fluent English required; basic Korean communication skills required * Holders of a valid visa allowing legal employment in Korea (visa sponsorship is not available) * A Korean bank account for salary payments is required * Candidates who can work weekend late-night shifts (working until 2–3 a.m. from Thursday to Sunday) * Work schedule adjustments possible with prior consultation

* Korean restaurant kitchen experience preferred but not required; full training will be provided * Experience operating pizza ovens, fryers, stoves, and other commercial kitchen equipment is preferred * Strong work ethic with the ability to consistently follow kitchen procedures, recipes, and standards * Experience in a Korean restaurant kitchen is preferred (not mandatory, training provided) * Experience using kitchen equipment such as pizza ovens, fryers, and stoves is preferred * Someone with a strong sense of responsibility who can faithfully adhere to kitchen operating procedures, recipes, and standards
