<Introducing the Team We Will Be Working With> The Unni Guide Center is an offline space operated by Gangnam Unni exclusively for foreign tourists. We are a team dedicated to supporting overseas customers so they can seamlessly experience Gangnam Unni services in Korea from start to finish. We help customers navigate their entire journey by lowering language barriers and ensuring a smooth flow throughout their entire experience of Korean beauty and medical care. <What You Will Be Doing> Guide and register customers visiting the offline space, and support their smooth usage by adapting to on-site conditions. Coordinate online and offline reservations and schedules with customers and partner companies, and promptly reflect any changes. Collaborate with relevant internal departments and partners to coordinate service integration and progress, and proactively manage issues. Improve the customer experience by verifying satisfaction after service use, responding to issues, and conducting follow-up.

Qualifications

Candidates capable of communicating fluently in English Candidates with at least 2 years of experience in offline customer service, such as reception or concierge roles Candidates capable of calmly prioritizing and resolving issues even in unexpected situations Candidates who prioritize customer satisfaction, independently define necessary tasks, and proactively execute them

Preferred

Experience in customer service and consultation in an offline environment Experience in operating offline spaces (on-site operations, management of customer flow, waiting areas, reservations, etc.) Experience in customer service (responding to inquiries, managing issues, identifying areas for improvement, etc.)
