Job Description
Perform Zendesk-based customer support and consultation duties for Chinese-speaking customers Respond to customer inquiries regarding KYC, deposits/withdrawals, and transactions Review Chinese documentation related to customer service and operations, including Chinese FAQs Perform shift work including weekends
Qualifications
Able to handle customer inquiries in Chinese and communicate in Korean Able to work night and weekend shifts Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills Quick learning ability and problem-solving skills Proficient in basic document creation and operational tools
Preferred
Experience in Forex, CFDs, or cryptocurrency exchanges Experience in customer service and consulting Experience with Zendesk-based customer support Ability to handle customer interactions and business communication in English
