Job Description

Job Responsibilities - Coordination and administrative support for community marketing activities and events - Communication with Korean vendors and internal teams for logistics and project execution - Assistance in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and event documentation - Support in organising trainings, webinars, and client visits (scheduling, follow-ups, reporting) - Maintenance of databases (KOLs, clients, leads) and tracking of marketing activities - Handling day-to-day communication and ensuring smooth coordination in cross-department activities

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field - 1–3 years of relevant experience (internships or entry-level roles acceptable) - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Good communication skills in English (fluent) and Korean (Level 4-5) (both written and spoken)
