Job Description

- Support for HR operations at overseas subsidiaries (including Japan) - Support for recruitment operations (job posting management, applicant communication, etc.) - Support for HR data organization and reporting - Research on HR systems and organizational operations - Support for communication between headquarters HR and overseas subsidiary HR (translation/coordination, etc.) - Support for operating programs related to Employee Experience improvement

Qualifications

- Current students or graduates with a bachelor's degree or higher (any major) - Proficiency in Korean and Japanese (Native level) (Required) - Basic understanding and strong interest in HR - Communication skills to interact smoothly with various stakeholders - Logical thinking and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Preferred

- HR-related internship/project experience - Experience working for a Japanese company or in a Japan-related field - Understanding of specific HR areas such as evaluation, compensation, and recruitment - Experience in data analysis or research - Proficiency in additional foreign languages, such as English
