Job Description

• Review and analyze RFQ, RFP, ITP and related tender documents. • Understand customer technical specifications, scope of work, and contractual requirements. • Identify technical risks, assumptions, and deviations • Prepare and compile Technical Proposals in compliance with customer requirements • Develop technical descriptions, system concepts, process narratives, and methodologies • Prepare Compliance Matrices and Technical Clarifications • Collect and review drawings, datasheets, and calculations from engineering teams • Collaborate with Sales on proposal strategy, schedule, and customer positioning • Coordinate with Engineering to define technical scope and execution approach • Interface with Procurement/Vendors to obtain and evaluate technical quotations • Support Legal/Contract teams with technical inputs related to contract terms • Support preparation of cost estimates and Bills of Materials (BOM/MTO) • Review delivery schedules and execution timelines • Assess technical feasibility and resource requirements • Respond to customer Technical Queries (TQs) and clarification requests • Support technical meetings, workshops, and proposal presentations • Participate in technical negotiations when required. • Designing and planning equipment layout. • Estimating production costs. • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering) / Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE)/ B.Tech,(Bachelor in Technology) in Engineering (Waste Water Treatment, Produced Water Treatment, Potable Water Treatment, etc.) with over 3 Years Industry experience. • Should have good academic track record and have passed engineering from Reputed Engineering College. • Strong technical documentation and proposal writing skills • Should have excellent aptitude skills and problem-solving ability. • Good Communication Skills and a Team Player.

Preferred

• Microsoft Office, AutoCad. • Familiar for use and application of design codes, standards & regulations. • Problem-solving ability for process design. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Good command of English.
