Recruitment Country (Select 1): Germany, Spain, Italy - Overall PR operations for our beauty brands (Medicube / Aprilskin) in each country - Operation of influencer marketing in each country - Recruitment and collaboration with influencers in each country (YouTubers, TikTokers, Instagrammers, etc.) - Planning collaborative content with influencers - Management and assistance with PPL sponsorships for magazines and broadcast media - Discovery and management of local influencers and PR agencies

Qualifications

- Graduates or prospective graduates of a four-year bachelor's degree program - Possess proficiency in business English communication - Have a basic understanding of the beauty market, consumer characteristics, regulations, and culture of the target country - Have an interest in social media trends, short-form content, and the influencer industry - Have no disqualifying factors for continued employment upon conversion to a permanent position after the internship ends

- Proficiency in the language of the target country (German/Spanish/Italian) - Experience studying or residing in the target country - Experience creating short-form content and viral marketing on platforms such as TikTok - Experience managing official brand social media accounts on platforms such as TikTok and Instagram - Experience working as an influencer or collaborating with influencers - Veterans and persons with disabilities will be given preferential treatment in accordance with relevant laws
