Job Description

- Technical decision-making and architecture design for the entire drone system - Definition and management of interfaces between the airframe, FC, payload, communications, electrical systems, and test systems - Overall technical management for the project in collaboration with design, manufacturing, and test engineers - Design and verification of the interoperability structure between hardware and autonomous flight software - Analysis and resolution of technical issues arising during the system integration process - Writing the technical section of the project proposal and supporting its presentation

Qualifications

- Experience in UAV or drone system engineering and system integration - Practical experience with ArduPilot or PX4-based flight systems - Extensive understanding of FC, battlefields, payloads, and communication links - Experience coordinating various engineering areas and solving problems from a systems perspective - Proficient in technical decision-making and communication

- Experience leading system design or technology across multiple teams - Project experience in defense, aviation, and robotics - Experience leading drone platforms from initial design to manufacturing and flight testing - Experience with proposals, technical presentations, and customer technical meetings
