Job Description

- Integration of drone airframe, FC, and payload - Wiring, firmware configuration, and integration of sensors and communication modules - Establishment of test setups and execution of field tests - Support for flight test data measurement, logging, and analysis - Tracking of defects encountered during testing and documentation of improvements - Collaboration with senior engineers to build and verify drones - Reassembly, retesting, and documentation incorporating design changes

Qualifications

- Practical or project experience related to drones, UAVs, embedded systems, or robotics - Basic understanding of ArduPilot or PX4 - Strong interest in hardware assembly, wiring, firmware configuration, and testing - Proactive in observing problems in the field and tracing their causes - Able to communicate effectively with team members, learn quickly, and execute tasks

Preferred

- Experience in test automation, instrumentation, and data logging - Experience building or flying drones firsthand - Experience developing drones through personal projects, clubs, labs, competitions, etc. - Experience with related technologies such as Python, C/C++, ROS, MAVLink, etc. - Junior engineers with 0–3 years of experience or entry-level candidates welcome

Position Introduction Bone is seeking a drone engineer to perform practical tasks related to drone design, integration, and testing. Experience is not required; however, we welcome candidates with experience building or flying drones themselves, as well as those with experience in embedded systems or robotics projects. This position allows you to work alongside senior engineers to perform tasks such as drone building, FC/payload integration, firmware interoperability, field testing, data logging, and defect tracking. It is a role where you can experience the actual drone development process and grow as a professional.
